JOURNEY
i arrived in barcelona 26 years ago as a pastry chef. for the last 16 years i have lovingly prepared falafel at my market stall. today i am ready to take one more step actually, to return to the origins and offer my recipes and know-how in the world of brunch and bakery, or as i call it: israeli cuisine bites, also giving an option to the public that follows kosher rules. along with gluten-free products, i am here to continue cooking with love.
